FirstBookings is a booking platform

We provide the digital booking experience and work with travel operators. The actual transport service is provided by the selected operator shown during booking.

Using the platform

You agree to provide accurate passenger and contact information, use the service lawfully, and keep your account access secure.

Bookings and availability

Routes, seats, departure times, vehicle information, terminals, and prices may change based on operator supply. A booking is treated as confirmed only when payment and ticket status show confirmation in the platform.

Payments

Payments must be completed through the available checkout flow. If a payment status is pending, we may need confirmation from the payment provider before a ticket can be treated as confirmed.

Traveller responsibility

Travellers are responsible for arriving at the terminal on time, carrying valid identification where required, and reviewing route, date, passenger, and contact details before completing payment.

Platform changes

FirstBookings may update features, categories, route coverage, pricing display, and partner availability as the product grows.
