Conditions
Booking Conditions
These conditions explain practical rules that apply when booking road travel through FirstBookings.
Before you pay
Check the origin, destination, travel date, departure time, passenger count, operator, price, and terminal details before payment. These details are used to generate the booking record.
Tickets and terminal arrival
Confirmed bookings may include an e-ticket or booking reference. Travellers should arrive early enough for terminal checks, luggage handling, and operator boarding procedures.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure where possible.
- Bring the booking reference and passenger identification if requested.
- Follow the operator's terminal and luggage instructions.
Changes and cancellations
Change, cancellation, and refund options depend on the selected operator, route, fare class, timing, and payment status. Where a request is allowed, it may still require operator confirmation.
Delays and operator decisions
Road travel can be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, security checks, or operational changes. Operators remain responsible for transport operations and final boarding decisions.
